Welcome to UserE! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our SaaS platform and any related services (the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
UserE grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. You agree not to use the Services for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify UserE immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Use of certain Services may require payment of fees, as described in your order or subscription. All fees are exclusive of taxes and must be paid within the agreed payment term. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, content, trademarks, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of UserE or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights in the Services.
UserE processes and stores personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Your data will be stored exclusively within the European Union.
UserE will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the Services are available 99% of the time, excluding planned maintenance or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
UserE provides the Services “as is” and disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall UserE be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. UserE’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding twelve (12) months.
UserE may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Services and delete any related data or materials.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Utrecht, The Netherlands.
